Réalisation spéciale de Fernand Elchinger pour son ami Monsieur Paul Pekmez.
Paul Pekmez était venu se réfugier à Paris à l'âge de 20 ans dans une famille du 16ème arrondissement qui avait aussi recueilli un certain Sacha Distel. Ingénieur céramiste de formation, il dirigeait une entreprise de produits réfractaires à Soufflenheim "Proref" au début des années 50 avant de prendre la succession de son beau-père Léon Beck, pépiniériste et paysagiste.
Nous remercions vivement Marc Elchinger pour son aide dans l'identification du parcours de cette pièce.

Special realization by Fernand Elchinger for his friend Mr. Paul Pekmez.
Paul Pekmez had come to take refuge in Paris at the age of 20 with a family from the 16th arrondissement who had also taken in a certain Sacha Distel. A ceramic engineer by training, he ran a refractory products company in Soufflenheim "Proref" at the start of the 1950s before taking over from his father-in-law Léon Beck, nurseryman and landscaper.
