Conformément à la directive (UE) 2023/2673, la galerie stimmung vous accompagne pour exercer votre droit de rétractation.

SI vous avez validé une commande via notre site mais que vous souhaiter annuler tout ou partie de votre commande avant l'envoi de celle-ci vous avez le droit de vous rétracter du contrat souscrit.

Pour cela, c'est très simple, remplissez le formulaire ci-dessous et cliquez sur le bouton pour confirmer votre rétraction. Nous vous enverrons ensuite un email accusant de réception de notre part et vous guidant dans l'exercice de ce droit.
